General

The site www.beltofsweden.com is created and run by Belt of Sweden AB, corporate identity number 559214-2672, registered at Islandsvägen 13, 168 53 Bromma, Sweden. All of our products remain the property of Belt of Sweden until complete payment has been done. All attempts of fraud or theft will be reported to local authorities. We stipulate the right to rectify and correct possible mistakes or wrongs published on this site. Due to the digital format of the photographs published on this site, can we not guarantee that they will depict the physical products in a complete sense.

Free Delivery

For us, it's given that your shopping experience should be easy-going and uncomplicated, which is why the delivery of your belt/s is free of charge! We offer you free delivery on any purchase through PostNord.

We always do our utmost to ship your order within one business day, even on weekends. For orders placed during Swedish Holidays, we will ship your order the following business day.

Delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Delivery 

You will receive a text message containing a tracking number for your package as soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse. Therefore, be thorough to enter your mobile number correctly when registering your details at checkout. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery here. PostNord will deliver your package to an agent in your surroundings. You will then be notified by mail when your order has arrived at the agent, and you can collect your belt from us! 

Exchanges

In order to make an exchange, you must first return the product using the enclosed return label and pack the product/s in the same packaging as it was delivered to you in. You can then place an order for the product you would like instead. Once we receive the returned product, you will be refunded and the money will be placed into the account which you used when you bought the product.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days after you have received your order. When making the return, contact us to get a return label and place your Belt and "Belt box" inside the packaging you received it in, then paste the return label on top of the packaging box. You will then leave the package at your most convenient PostNord agent and pay the cost of the freight of the delivery to finalize the return. Once the return has been received by us, we will pay you a refund for the returned product through the payment option you used in your order. Please note that the return is not free of charge, as you will need to pay the cost of shipping for the return.

Damage During Transportation

If a packaged is damaged upon arrival, you should report this as soon as possible. If you open your package and find that your purchase is damaged, please reach out to us at hello@beltofsweden.com.

Uncollected Deliveries

Your package will be kept at the agent (delivery hub) for about 14 days after it has been received. If you don't collect it and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a regular return and refund the money to the account used for the purchase.

Force Majeure

If Belt of Sweden would fail to comply with the agreement due to unusual circumstances outside of its control, such as strikes, war, or natural catastrophes, Belt of Sweden will not be held responsible.
